Charles Hunsinger is an experienced business leader and CIO who has served as the senior technology executive for a number of leading retail brands over the last 20 years, including Savers | Value Village, Oriental Trading Company, Harry and David, Guitar Center, and Corporate Express. He has built a strong track record of leading transformational change in companies through business processes innovation and technology evolution, and has deep expertise regarding IT strategy, technology implementation and IT operations.
David Tomlinson
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer

David serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Scoular. In this role, he leads the company’s efforts to leverage technology to drive growth, fuel innovation, and provide an enhanced experience for its customers. Before joining Scoular, David spent more than 17 years at Conagra Brands holding various positions, including his most recent role as Vice President of Information Technology, leading the Business Relationship Management and Application Services organizations. After graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, David spent the first several years of his career in the tech start-up sector.
David actively participates in various advisory committees and non-profit boards, supporting the well-being of the communities and industries he serves. David is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Federal Reserve providing valuable insights and best practices that drive critical payment systems and monetary policies. David is also on the Executive Committee for TechNebraska which aims to create a vibrant and innovative technology ecosystem by influencing legislation across the state. Additionally, since 2021, David has been a dedicated board member of the Food Bank for the Heartland, driven by a strong commitment to combat food insecurity and ensure access to nutritious food for all individuals.
Jason Masat
VP Information Security Engineering and CSOC

Jason Masat has been with First National of Nebraska, Inc.(FNN) and First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) for 27 years and is currently the Vice President of FNN Information Security Engineering and the Cyber Security Operation Center (CSOC). Jason leads teams responsible for securing the FNBO network and monitoring all security-related traffic, thereby contributing to the organization’s ability to protect all private, personal information, and assets of the organization’s clients, employees, and business partners.
Throughout his career with the organization, Jason has served in various roles across Information Technology (IT), IT Audit, and Information Security. He began his information security journey as Lead Engineer, directly managing intrusion detection systems and firewalls.
Jason graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and holds CISA and CISSP certifications.
